Bamberg

Bamberg is a district-free city in the north of the German state of Bavaria. The city has 76,674 inhabitants and an area of 54.58 km². Built on seven hills, Bamberg is situated on the Regnitz River just before its confluence with the Main River. It is the second-largest city in Upper Franconia.
