



































Paleis Het Loo is a palace located on the outskirts of Apeldoorn. The palace was inhabited by members of the Dutch Royal Family until 1975. Since 1984, it has been open to the public as the National Museum Paleis Het Loo, where exhibitions and events are held. Radio Kootwijk is a former transmitter park on the Veluwe, west of Apeldoorn. During the first half of the 20th century, it served as a vital communications link between the Netherlands and its former colonies, particularly the Dutch East Indies. Construction began in 1918. Housing for employees was also built, which together formed the village of the same name.
